I couldn't have asked for a better stay! The loft room was clean and well-maintained, but the musty smell was a bit of a letdown. The service, especially over Christmas, was exceptional, with friendly staff making check-in and out a breeze. The location, directly across from the harbor, was ideal with plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. The restaurant offered unique dishes but was a bit pricey for what you got. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable experience with a few minor drawbacks.
The hotel was a mix of positives and negatives during my stay. The rooms were not as expected, with fluctuating water temperature in the shower, but they were spacious, immaculate, and offered good value for the money. The service, especially from the friendly and courteous manager, was top-notch. The location had its perks with nearby stores and restaurants, although it was a bit far from the historical area of Hyannis. Dining options were lacking variety and could be improved, but the hotel facilities were adequate.
